Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if it is higher. You are responsible for knowing whether online gambling is lawful where you live and for complying with your local laws. We may refuse service or close accounts where we believe use would be unlawful.

You may sign in with a Solana wallet, an email address and password, or a Google account. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure; anyone with access to your wallet, email, or password can act as you.

Providing false information, sharing an account, or operating multiple accounts may result in suspension and forfeiture of balances obtained through that conduct.

Solacrash operates a custodial balance. Funds you deposit are held by us so bets can settle instantly, and are not held in your own wallet while on the platform. Your balance is a record of what we owe you; it is not a bank deposit, is not insured, and earns no interest.

Every movement is recorded in an immutable ledger. Where our records and a client display disagree, the server-side ledger governs.

Deposits are credited once confirmed on the Solana network. Withdrawals are paid to a Solana address you specify. Blockchain transfers are irreversible — an address you enter incorrectly cannot be recovered, and we cannot reverse a confirmed transaction.

Withdrawals above a threshold may be held for manual review, and we may request verification before paying out where required by law or to prevent fraud. Daily withdrawal limits apply.

Each round's crash point is determined before betting opens using a published commitment, and the seed is revealed afterwards for independent verification — see the fairness page. Rounds are shared: all players in a round receive the same crash point.

Cash-out multipliers are determined by the server clock. A bet not cashed out before the crash is lost. Where a network problem prevents a cash-out request from reaching us, the bet stands as unsettled and is lost — we cannot honour a cash-out we never received.

The house edge is 2%. We may void bets and reverse payouts resulting from a demonstrable bug, exploit, or manipulation.

You may not use bots or automated betting systems, exploit faults, collude with other players, use another person's funds or identity, or attempt to interfere with the service or its infrastructure. Chat is moderated; harassment, spam, and illegal content are grounds for muting or a ban.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and rounds may be suspended for maintenance or in response to a fault. Where a round cannot be completed correctly, we will void it and return stakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to your balance held with us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from network conditions, wallet software, or your own device.

We may amend these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time via support, and we will pay out any remaining balance to an address you nominate, subject to the checks described above.
